Daniel J. O'Connor
Daniel J. O’Connor, P.Eng. – President and CEO
Daniel has over 23 years of engineering experience of which 15 years were on EPC/CM projects in the Oil and Gas consulting industry and within that period 9 years were focused on upstream oil and gas gathering facilities, gas treating, sulphur handling, NGL, LPG and fractionation from conceptualization to commissioning. Daniel’s expertise includes project planning, plant design, team co-ordination, engineering and management with a focus on new technologies from concept to commercialization in Heavy Oil and Conventional Oil and Gas applications.
Derek Macdonald – Director
Mr. Macdonald has over thirty two years of work experience, primarily dealing with the project development, executions, and construction of capital projects across Western Canada. Twenty two years of this experience has been focussed on the development of power generation projects for both the Industrial and Utility sectors.
Mr. Macdonald is currently the Calgary Chair for the Canadian Society for Engineering Management, and sits on the Facilities and Upgrading subcommittee for the Canadian Heavy Oil Association.
Mr. Macdonald is a professional engineer who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Alberta.

Bill Olson – Business Development
Bill is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 30 years’ experience in business start-up and development with an emphasis on business plans, marketing research & sales. Bill has co-founded three companies including ElectraTherm (www.electratherm.com), the worldwide industry leader in proven small-scale ORC technology that continues to ignite international interest with installations in 11 countries throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. Bill’s business development skills serve both the market side and the business side of the organization.
